Their primary revenue stream comes mainly from life insurance and banking activities. In undertaking a complete infrastructure reorganisation, the challenge came in ensuring that the company was prepared and equipped with the necessary skills for cloud migration and able to continue running existing and new applications in the cloud.

Key Challenges

  • Challenges of leadership reinforcement and alignment of organisation’s journey to cloud
  • Lack of visibility on employees’ cloud training status
  • Lack of a clearly defined process for employees’ training pathway & unclear direction on future roles, role-based training required and little support in the transition

Our Solution & Strategies

  • Compiled training data on employees and built automated data visualisation report dashboards using PowerBI
  • Defined and developed the journey capability roadmap for > 2,500 engineers
  • Designed Migration Training Process and tailored learning pathways
  • Worked with C-Suite and business unit leaders to define role mapping and learning pathway for future cloud-state
  • Created a communications and behaviour strategy for deployment

Impact & Results

  • Integrated seamless learning process for cloud migrations, making sure that the right people have the right skills and training to best contribute to the cloud migrations
