Tom Roberts

Tom has 15 years’ experience in Change Management working with multiple global companies to change behaviours and develop skills that deliver business results.
Tom works with C-level stakeholders to build change management visions and plans. He then works with various teams throughout the customer organisation to develop and deploy the agreed approach. He typically remains on projects post go-live to ensure successful adoption and handover of ongoing engagement activities.

Anushka Silva

Anushka has 15 years of experience, working in Change Management and Learning on large, global transformation programmes.
She has partnered with companies in 15 countries and worked across a variety of industries including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Retail and Mining.
Anushka has experience of working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation to design and then implement end to end change management programmes which focus on delivering meaningful results to an organisation.

Peter Slack
Read Profile
Peter started working life as a telecoms apprentice and after various engineering roles, Peter transferred into technical training. This then evolved from delivering classroom training, to designing objective-based learning products, managing an outsourced learning portfolio and into team leadership roles. Following a BPO, Peter moved into a multinational Learning Operations function, joining Roberts Group in 2018.
Peter has worked with global clients, multinational teams, helpdesk and lesson scheduling functions, learning systems and mobile learning platforms.
All of this experience is now utilised in managing the Roberts Group Business Operation from systems to sourcing.
