Salesforce adoption is a key strategic initiative for the company and while there are pockets of good use – there are areas where adoption is poor. RG were bought in to support in driving a behavioural change through enhancing capability across the organisation.

Key Challenges

  • Inconsistent understanding of the benefits of the tool
  • Tool is not viewed as integral to business processes or the growth of the company
  • Patchy support network throughout the organisation
  • Inconsistent training and onboarding experience

Our Solution & Strategies

  • Help people understand that Salesforce is a way to build growth by relaunching training initiatives based on roles rather than system functions
  • Support the relaunch of a supporting Change Network
  • Share end user best practice from the company to help drive a ‘FOMO’ culture
  • Align salesforce onboarding experience so it is consistent and quality from day 1

Impact & Results

  • C. 40 bite-sized and engaging training deliverables created across 7 high-priority content areas
  • Pilots of relaunched training showed a 93% increase in Salesforce confidence, a 71% increase in knowledge and a 140% increase in understanding of the benefits of Salesforce
  • Engaging End user testimonials created for sharing across the organisation
  • Change and Success Network strategy completed, alongside extensive toolkit of communications, engagement materials and tools to drive behaviour change
